Michael McGill and Brian Ó Gallachóir are taking on a big challenge this October as they plan to climb Jbel Toubkal, the highest mountain in Morocco and North Africa, standing at 4,167 metres tall.

On the 15th and 16th October, they’ll make the two day trek to the summit to raise much needed funds for Scoil Náisiúnta na Carraige, their old primary school. All money raised will go straight to the school to support much needed improvements and resources, benefiting both the students and the school community.

The lads will fly out to Marrakech on 13th October and are currently training hard to get ready for the challenge. If all goes to plan, they’ll be standing on the summit early on the 16th October.

Michael and Brian would like to thank everyone in advance for their support and generosity. Every donation, big or small, will make a big difference to the school ❤️
